Our return policy is very simple. We will accept returns if:
1) The product has not been used or laundered
2) The product is in its original packaging, with labels intact.
3) The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt
Custom items cannot be returned unless there is an error in manufacturing.
Please contact us with your return request via our e-mail: info@BelisariLinens.com. In the e-mail please include your name, order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
We will reply via e-mail with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Please make sure this number is on the return package. This will allow us to properly track the return and issue the proper credit.
We do not reimburse the return delivery and insurance fees, unless there was an error on our part in shipping the wrong item, or if there was an error in manufacturing. COD returns will be refused.
Once we receive the returned product a credit will be issued within 7 days to the original form of payment.
We will be happy to try to accommodate any exchange requests within 30 days of receipt. Please let us know via e-mail what you would like to exchange and we will let you know how to proceed, if possible.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us via e-mail. We will confirm via return e-mail if the order can be cancelled or changed. The order cannot be cancelled or changed if:
1) It has already been shipped
2) It is a custom order
